Sam is taking on the London 2 Brighton Ultra Challenge for Take Off!
The challenge is a 100km continuous walk from Richmond in West London to Brighton
This is an extremely demanding physical and mental challenge. "I will be on my feet for many hours, including walking through the night with little or no sleep."

I will be taking on the full 100km route, which takes participants through the day and night, crossing countryside and the South Downs before finishing at Brighton Racecourse.
Walking 100km is the equivalent of approximately 62 miles, the distance, hills, changing terrain, and fatigue will become increasingly difficult as the challenge progresses, particularly during the final stages when my body will be tired and sore.
It will require months of training, preparation and determination, and I know there will be points where I will have to dig deep mentally to keep putting one foot in front of the other and reach that finish line.
