Family Support
Are you struggling with finding your voice at home? Overwhelmed or finding relationships difficult?
We are here to help you understand each other better, improve communication or help to resolve difficulties and ‘stuck-ness’.
We offer a safe, respectful, and collaborative space for everyone. With no set-number of sessions, give us a call if you want to meet, with no obligation to continue.
With a space for your family to express and explore your feelings in a safe and non-judgemental environment, please get in touch if you would like to meet.
Welcoming FAMILIES, SIBLINGS and COUPLES of any generational combination and including separated couples, blended families and children in care.
Sessions are in Canterbury on Mondays or sundays
We are not able to see everyone at Family Support, but if you are experiencing any of the following, we can signpost you to get help.
- If you are at risk of harm and are waiting for or already getting help from social services.
- If you are experiencing abuse or in a controlling relationship
- If you are experiencing severe mental health crisis requiring specialist support including waiting for or working with Child and Adolescent, or Adult Mental Health Services.
- If you have experienced complex trauma and it is affecting your emotional well-being or daily life.
