Well-being for Mental Health

Welcome to the Take Off help page

When any of us feel overwhelmed we may need a reminder of the things that help us feel better.

Practical tools include getting out into nature, eating well, meeting with others, being creative and sharing with others how we feel. The support groups that are run at Take Off can help with some or all these things – joining some of these groups is easy, just ring us or fill out the online form. Our groups are free to attend and are purposely delivered in a relaxed and friendly way. The whole organisation is run by people with lived experience of mental health issues and the challenges that they have faced.

Everyone attending can share what has helped them along the way. Below is an overview of the support groups that are available to help re-balance and help with ‘well-being’ and ‘mental health’.
